You are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge if you return a product, or inform us that you want to return the product, within seven working days.

Delivery Charges

We'll refund any delivery charges you've paid only if you return the full order and within the 30 days or 90 days with the loyalty card.

Cost of returning the goods

If you just want to exchange a product for a size problem, colour, cost of returning will be at your charge. 
If your order is faulty, Mechanist will pay for the cost of return. You need to contact our Customer Service team to organise the return.

Condition of returns

Following our Terms & Conditions, you must return the product in perfect condition, not worn, or damaged and in original packaging. 
Otherwise, the return will be considered non-compliant.
